Shipping is carried out via DHL, and the processing time is typically 5–7 business days

Standard Shipping within Germany: €4.99 – Delivery time approx. 5–7 business days
Free Shipping: For orders over €100 within Germany
Shipping within the EU: €14.99 – Delivery time approx. 7–10 business days
Free Shipping: For orders over €120 within Europe

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@millteksport.de.
Damaged Items:
Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so that we can find a suitable solution.
Lost Packages:
If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange an investigation, replacement shipment, or refund.
